最近亚马逊出新政策的频率有点高，只能感叹做亚马逊是越来越难了。这条政策的意思就是以后卖家的商品如果是锂电池，或者商品中带有锂电池的都需要遵守这条政策。对于FBA仓库还有库存的卖家，剩下只有40天的时间。如果提供不了所要求的测试摘要，那就只能自行移出，或者是被亚马逊强行弃置，卖家还得承担相关费用。

UN38.3是指在联合国针对危险品运输专门制定的《联合国危险物品运输试验和标准手册》的第3部分38. 3款。

即要求锂电池运输前，必须通过高度模拟、高低温循环、振动试验、冲击试验、 55℃外短路、撞击试验、过充电试验、强制放电试验，才能保证锂电池运输安全。

如果锂电池与设备没有安装在一起，并且每个包装件内装有超过24个电池芯或12个电池，则还须通过1.2米自由跌落试验。

UN 38.3测试摘要必须包含以下信息：

这项测试一般是由制造商负责提供的，不过卖家在发货前一定要检查好这项测试中是否包含了上图中的所有信息，如果有遗漏，一定要补全，否则极有可能会因为信息不全而被禁售！

知道了需要给带电池的产品做哪些测试，下面再给各位解释一下哪些产品需要做UN38.3检测：

1、各种铅酸蓄电池（如汽车启动用铅酸蓄电池、固定型铅酸蓄电池、小型阀控密封铅酸蓄电池等）；

2、各种动力二次电池（如动力车用电池、电动道路车车用电池、电动工具用电池、混合动力车用电池等）；

3、各种手机电池（如锂离子电池、锂聚合物电池、镍氢电池等）；

4、各种小型二次电池（如笔记本电脑电池、数码相机电池、摄像机电池、各种圆柱型电池、无线通讯电池、便携式DVD电池、CD和MP3播放器电池等）；

5、各种一次电池（如碱性锌锰电池、锂锰电池等）。

在亚马逊售卖以上产品的卖家要注意了，一定要在发货到FBA仓库前仔细检查，否则一旦发到FBA之后被发现没有锂电池的测试摘要，不仅会被禁售，而且还要继续缴纳仓储费，之后还得缴纳库存弃置费。

现在距2020年1月1日还有40天的时间，还没有做这项测试的电池制造商也要抓紧时间准备了，一定要做好这项测试，对卖家负责也是对自己负责！

UN38.3 refers to Section 38.3 of Part 3 of the "United Nations Manual of Hazardous Materials Transport Tests and Standards" specially formulated for the transportation of dangerous goods at the United Nations.

That is to say, before transportation, lithium batteries must pass high simulation, high and low temperature cycles, vibration test, impact test, 55 ℃ external short circuit, impact test, overcharge test and forced discharge test to ensure the safety of lithium battery transportation.

If the lithium battery and the device are not installed together, and each package contains more than 24 battery cells or 12 batteries, it must also pass the 1.2-meter free drop test.

5. Various primary batteries (such as alkaline zinc manganese batteries, lithium manganese batteries, etc.).

Sellers who sell the above products on Amazon should pay attention to it, and they must check carefully before shipping to the FBA warehouse, otherwise they will find that there is no lithium battery test summary once they are sent to FBA. Fee, and then have to pay the inventory disposal fee.
